As a Masonry Administration Team Leader you will lead and manage the masonry administration team including processing of new orders, liaising with families and cemeteries for completion of permits, ordering goods from suppliers and maximising sales opportunities through the order cycle ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Your key responsibilities range from ensuring all masonry orders are completed accurately using the required documentation, coaching and training funeral and masonry colleagues in the selling of products to promote and maximise the business, to complying with all statutory and Society Health, Safety and Fire Regulations and take action to avoid risk.

You will be a motivated and professional individual who demonstrates a commitment to providing high quality service, with excellent communication skills with previous management experience of a team.

It would be advantageous to have product knowledge in

the masonry and funeral industry.
