This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Team Leader with a contact centre or shared service centre background to manage a varied customer service team on a fixed 12 month (maternity cover) basis.
As the Team Leader for this team you will be fully responsible for the performance of the team, making sure that our internal and external customers receive the right level of service as well as continually developing the performance and skillset of your team.
You will also contribute to the performance and future development of the wider Shared Service Centre and its culture of continuous improvement. As this is a key succession role you will also have experience of mentoring, managing and developing other Team Leaders.
As an ideal candidate, you will have experience of working as a Team Leader within a contact centre or shared service environment managing a varied customer service team across different contact routes. You will have a complaint handling or complaint management background in a regulated or non-regulated environment, along with a strong coaching background with the proven ability to develop the performance of your team.
