As an Administrator within our Shared Service you will provide administrative and organisational support to the Society in line with business requirement.
This varied role will be crucial in terms of delivering exceptional administration day to day support, supporting excellent customer service skills this can range from inputting data into a maintenance database, maintaining systems and procedures to preparing a variety of documents such as forms, reports, emails, letters and presentations. In addition you will efficiently handle customer enquiries, via telephone and email, directing appropriately. The support you will provide ideas of continuous improvement, display a positive approach and promote best practice.
The successful candidate will be computer literate and fluent in Microsoft office. They will need to be methodical and proactive, with excellent organisation, communication and time management skills. They will have a proven track record of producing high quality work which is always accurate and on-time, as well as having excellent interpersonal skills and being able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels in a professional manner.
It is essential to have previous experience within an administrative environment and have an awareness of customer needs and expectations. Having a business administration qualification and having previously used content management systems to maintain and update internal databases would be advantageous.
