Job Description

As a Funeral Administrator/Arranger you will be working as part of a team. Your duties will include co-ordinating funeral arrangements according to our clients' wishes, compiling the required administration, offering advice on the full range of services available and liaising with all relevant authorities and internal contacts.

You will also be expected to assist families who wish to pay their last respects. Other general office duties include answering the telephone, basic computer input and filing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or an equivalent qualification) to include English and Maths.

You will also have great inter-personal skills, excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. Previous experience with funeral arranging would be advantageous but is not essential.
