Job Description

Central England Co-operative is now recruiting for a Funeral Director.

As a Funeral Director your responsibilities will include arranging and conducting funerals, developing community relationships and providing leadership, guidance and support to your dedicated team of colleagues.

You must be flexible in approach, prepared to work as a team member and be an excellent communicator with a sympathetic approach. Working hours include night, weekend and bank holiday rotas. You must also hold a full driving licence.

You should be a good team player with a drive for results along with good leadership skills. Building performance as well as being able to influence and challenge is essential.
