Central England Co-operative, one of the largest and most successful independent co-operatives in the UK, are currently recruiting of a Data Migration Manager to support our Retail Business Transformation programme covering our core retail systems supporting the supply chain fulfilment and replenishment processes as well as store range and space planning and inventory management.

We are on an ambitious journey to modernise our retail core systems using the latest cutting-edge technology. We are in the process of migrating our current systems to a platform based around SAP and JDA (BlueYonder).

The Data Migration Analyst will support the data migration manger in ensuring that the Society has high quality data in place to support the implementation of Retail business transformation programme and create strategy, policies, maps, controls and procedures to ensure this is maintained going forwards.

You will

Under the guidance of the Data migration manager, the role will collate, verify, and map all relevant master data sets in line with programme requirements.This will enable initial migration/set up in the new systems and the necessary integration with other peripheral systems.

With support from business data owners they will prepare and enhance data as required. Ensuring that the correct levels of due diligence have been performed.

They will also create and manage reporting for the Data Manager from the various systems in order to track progress and support decision making on the project.

Act as a key business partner to the store operations and supply chain teams, providing actionable insight and guidance to support the data migration process.

About you

We are looking for a self motivated and flexible individual to deal with changing demands in a fast paced environment. You will have experience in a similar role, utilising process improvement methodology, problem solving and handing multiple projects at one time.

A track record of delivering data migration processes, with a record of successful implementation.

A good understanding of supply chain and retail master data, continuously improving processes and integration across processes, people and technology.

Excellent stakeholder and communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to differing situations with a strong attention to detail.

Problem solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities translate and report findings to non-technical colleagues.
