About the role

Central England Co-operative is looking for a Merchandising Analyst. This exciting role offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to play a key role as part of the change agenda.

You will have the opportunity to:

Ensure the delivery of planograms to stores that support availability, drive sales and make it easy for customers to shop the category.

It is important you have our customers, members and store colleagues needs at the forefront of your mind at all times. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders up to and including board level and be commercially astute and articulate to develop & ensure all merchandising principles are being met.

It's also an exciting time to be part the Merchandising Team at Central England Cooperative, our ways of working and technology are changing with the times. You'll need to be passionate about merchandising and be able to articulate the principles for each plan set that is supported through data and insight.
