We are now recruiting for a Team Leader within our successful Floral business.
This role includes ensuring that high standards of service is maintained in the sales and preparation of floral work to customers as well as contributing to the profitability of the business by exceeding sale targets and budget requirements.
You will be required to manage and supervise colleagues in ensuring all customers receive excellent customer service, taking customer orders and assisting in selling floral tributes; prepare shop window displays and purchase fresh flowers and sundry items as necessary, along with maintaining stock levels and quality control.
The successful applicant should hold a full driving license to undertake local deliveries to funeral homes and other premises, attend meetings and assist the Floral Manager in the completion of reports.
It is desirable to have have at least 4 years' experience in Floristry, although this is not essential. Ideally, you will also have NVQ Level 2 and be competent in arranging all types of floral tributes and floral work.
