Central England Cooperative are currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst. This role with work with the business stakeholders to identify and evaluate opportunities for Continuous Improvement and transformation, assessing opportunities for continuous improvement and creation of a CI project pipeline.

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership of CI using data and Lean Six Sigma tools. They will act as a central point of knowledge and control for business processes, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the business process owners answering any queries that arise throughout the implementation phases.

Duties and Responsibilities of the role:

Collaborating with business stakeholders and SME's on improvement opportunity identification and outcome expectations

Applying lean six sigma methodologies including DMAIC to support cross functional problem solving and root cause analysis activity

Coaching and developing managers, team leaders and colleagues across shared services on improvement methodologies

Creating and maintaining CI road map with effective prioritisation of processes for improvement and / or potential automation (highest positive impact, business benefit and/or return on investment)

Facilitating workshops and process walk-through sessions with SME's and colleagues performing the process

Ensuring accurate completion of essential documentation to be used for process improvement in line with CI methodology (use cases, functional specifications, process design document, process definitions and process maps)

Benefit realisation reporting ensuring business requirements met and proposed return on investment is achieved / escalation where deviation from expected outcomes

Undertaking regular 'spot checks' on productivity improvement initiatives and provide developmental feedback

Supporting operational teams during testing and roll-out phases ensuring result is met and the removal of countermeasures

Identifying and recommending areas for improvement in internal processes providing possible solutions

Cascading the understanding of the skills and services provided by the CofE capability through product demonstrations, operating model presentations and workshops

Continuing development of knowledge of latest trends and insight on leading RPA and CI tools and practices

Participation in internal and external CI forums

Your skills and experience:

Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Continuous Improvement best practice solutions and tools

Good knowledge in Continuous Improvement methodologies

Attention to detail and a demonstrated capability for problem solving and creating and enhancing business processes

Experienced in the creation of process maps, analysis, design and implementation

Good inter-personal, facilitation and communication skills

Skilled in statistical analysis including root cause analysis

Communicating with subject matter experts, business process owners and developers

Gaining correct understanding of processes through appropriate questioning techniques

Hands on experience in Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint

Creation of business process map and technical requirement proposal documents

Strong organisation and planning skills

Desired but not essential:

Hands on experience with RPA tools

Knowledge of Society business processes and operating procedures

Familiar with PwC Perform model
