We are seeking a Banking and AR Team Lead well-grounded in a treasury/banking reconciliation environment. You will have energy and resilience to lead a team of part-qualified and AAT qualified colleagues and your team is accountable for cash reconciliation for over £1bn together with the processing of pre-need funeral bonds.

Working in a dynamic Shared Service environment you will enjoy process improvement and problem solving, delivering to clear service levels and keeping your internal customers up to date with workload and deadlines. Your team feeds our talent and succession planning within the Finance Shared Services Team and you should have a strong track record in successfully recruiting and developing talent.

You will need to be familiar with techniques of continuous improvement reporting to ensure full visibility of workload and management of financial risk. Ideally you will have experience of Agresso and GroupIT systems which form the backbone of our frameworks.

Ideally you will be AAT Qualified however as a minimum you must have experience as a team leader within a banking and financial product administration environment. This will support you with delivering performance against Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
