We're currently recruiting an RPA Developer to provide support solutions for our RPA Project. The successful candidate will design, build, implement and provide operational support to robotic automation processes, intelligent automation solutions and the RPA application platform. Working with the business operations and RPA Analyst they will create and optimise workflow processes.
Duties and Responsibilities of the role:
Building process automations in accordance with standard design principles utilising necessary documentation and system platforms
Build strong relationships with IT stakeholders and ensure scheduled system updates and upgrades are known and applicable automated processes are reviewed, and regression tested
Configuring new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
Operational management, optimisation and utilisation of the automation platform and processes, maximising the use of available robotic capacity
Following and maintaining solution and standard operating procedure documentation and methodologies for automated processes
Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-user acceptance testing phases
Engage effectively with multiple stakeholders across Society SME's to support with delivery of automation
Follow agreed standard change / release management processes and ensure that quality criteria are met during all phases of delivery
Problem solving issues that arise in the daily running of automation processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
Minimise the amount of manual effort required in support of the automation platform by automating RPA team processes, where appropriate
Recommend and implement alternative methods for creation of process automations
Continued development of the knowledge of the latest trends and insight on leading RPA tools and practices
Your skills and experience:
Design, development, deployment and operational support of robotic automation processes
Experience with a minimum of one industry standard RPA tool (to include Blue Prism)
Understanding of programming languages
Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and techniques
Analytical and commercial reporting
Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs
Excellent planning skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Desired but not essential:
Change management or Leadership qualification e.g. ILM
Blue Prism Developer Accreditation
Developer experience in SQL and/or.net
Process improvement and transformation programmes of work
