About the role
A fantastic opportunity to join the IT & Digital team in a newly created position as IT PMO. Reporting into the Head of IT Delivery, you will have a pivotal role in the overall governance of IT led projects and IT workstreams.You will work the wider IT Delivery to ensure projects are planned and scheduled according to priority. You will plan the required resource and at the end of any project track assigned benefits have been realised.
Responsible for the production and management of the IT & Digital functions delivery plan.
Update and manage the IT resource plan and ensure the overall IT roadmap is updated according to the business schedule.
Analyse data and project deliverables to ensure benefits have been delivered, Maintain and prepare all agree reports, highlighting project status, risks and issues.
Have good stakeholder management and communications skills
Able to write a suite of reports dependant on the audience
Excellent excel skills
Be able to use MS Project or relevant roadmap tools
Analytical and critical thinking skills
