Job Description

Central England Co-operative are currently recruiting for a Store Manager.

The successful applicant will be focused on growing the business, delivering excellent customer service and operational standards as well as focusing on cost saving initiatives within the store.

This would be an ideal development opportunity for existing Store Managers, Customer Team Leaders or Team Leaders.

This is a diverse and demanding role, in which your planning skills, proactive attitude and ability to influence prove vital. As will your ability for taking a 'hands on' management style, while recognising priorities and meeting goals.

You should be customer focused, a good team player and have passion for the brand and the drive for results, as well as good leadership skills and able to build performance, influence, impact and challenge.
