About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the IT team as an Access & Knowledge Analyst. Reporting to the IT Service Assurance Lead you will form part of the Service Assurance Team, which sits in the IT Service & Operations function. You will maintain a controlled environment using the management of ITIL Principles, covering Access & Knowledge.
Ensure that access and identify is managed for all systems and services covering both internal and external users.
Maintain and develop the society IT Knowledge Base; creating tiered Knowledge Base articles for use by different teams operating at different levels.
Complete audit related tasks during the year and throughout audit periods covering both internal and external audits.
Create accurate management information for all areas of the Society in relation to the ITIL principles you are responsible for.
Highly organised and able to plan activities to ensure they are completed on schedule.
Have a technical background that enables you to build knowledge base articles at all levels, you will need to ensure that knowledge is transitioned from Project initiatives into maintained documents.
Able to demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge information and processes effectively.
With a desire for continuous improvement you'll be able to demonstrate where you've improved processes, using your own initiative in a resilient manner to achieve challenging deadlines.
Be familiar with being audited by internal and external parties to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures have been maintained.
Good Excel skills (intermediate level) coupled with experience in manipulating large quantities of data is also needed in this role.
Ideally hold an ITIL Foundation certificate with a knowledge and working practice of ITIL Principles.Apply Now
