As a Continuous Improvement Engineer within our Information Solution Department. In line with ITIL framework you will be responsible for the effective ownership of technical problems through to resolution including supplier liaison. Also includes deployment of technical releases, ensuring that software and firmware packages are upgraded correctly and the upkeep of knowledge base documentation and service capabilities. Other responsibilities includes Implementation of new equipment along with business requests for IS assistance on projects which will require working unsocial hours so a flexible approach to working hours is a must.You will also be required to provide out of hours support to the business on a rota basis.

We are looking for strong personal organisational skills to ensure solutions are accurate and delivered in the shortest time with the ability to communicate in a professional manner. A good understanding of the business is required as well as being able to recognise business impact and establish priorities. Excellent customer service skills are required along with passion for service excellence in all delivered solutions. You should be customer focused, a team player with passion for the brand and drive for results.

The role is primarily based at the B.S.C Lichfield, however you will be required to work in the outlying business units therefore you must holds a current UK driving license.
