About the role

Brilliant Business Intelligence Analysts come to work to persuade colleagues in the business to use intelligence and insights in their decision making to improve business outcomes.

You will collaborate with colleagues to

enquire into the goals of the business and articulate measures of effectiveness, efficiency, agility and risk

understand the functional organisation of the business and the end-to-end processes for achieving its goals

explore what information and insights could be used to optimise decision making and regulate processes

discover and acquire relevant sources of data

model the data so that it is straightforward for the business to interpret and explore

create interactive dashboards that visualise the data in a way that recommends action or supports decision making and can be embedded into colleagues' workflows

You will have the opportunity to work with our diverse trading and central support teams to evolve new ways of working that improve our performance. You'll play an important part in developing intelligence and insight that complements business knowledge and experience to drive great business decisions.

About you

Attitude and aptitude are paramount. Ideally we're looking for self-motivated, inquisitive, analytical, creative, collaborative, articulate, persuasive and tenacious problem solvers.

Qualifications might be likely to include maths, statistics, sciences, accounting, technology, engineering, design or computing.

Relevant experience in a similar role or in one of our trading/central support teams will be an advantage.
