We are currently looking for a highly commercial Acquisition Manager who can meet our defined business plans to secure and delivery our new development pipeline
Your negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships will really come in to play as you identify analyse and assess potential new trading sites, through to managing the purchase of both freehold and leasehold new sites.
You will liaise with professional advisors, both legal and financial to progress contracts and ensure acquisitions are completed in a timely fashion and effectively presenting updates on new stores to the senior management team.
Successful candidates would preferably have a property related degree qualification and hold an MRICS Membership.
Previous experience in an acquisition role, ideally in a retail environment, with proven record in acquiring sites.
A solid understanding of the acquisition process from in house or agency perspective and have substantial experience of acquisition and disposal work
Knowledge and understanding of the legal process and requirements of property acquisitions and disposals
Knowledge and experience in property development and construction
Experience in written and oral representation at a senior management levelApply Now
