Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join the Finance Shared Service team as an Invoice Processing Administrator, as part of our Purchase to Pay team. They will be based within our Shared Service Centre in Lichfield.

The job purpose is to process all of the invoices for the Society, as part of providing a world class standard transactional operation, working closely with the Payments and Controls team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, excel skills and attention to detail, along with good planning and organisation skills, be able to prioritise workload in order to work with pace and urgency and have the ability to comfortably communicate both verbally and written.
