We are currently recruiting for a payments and Controls Administrator within our exciting new Finance Shared Services team. The role will be responsible for processing supplier payments, resolving queries and supplier statement reconciliations.Query resolution includes retail goods for resale and funeral disbursement charge matching, variance and tolerance differences. Ensuring control of the purchase ledger in line with agreed processes and procedures, and supporting the delivery of the Finance Shared Services vision and wider Society strategy/vision. In this role you will provide an effective and efficient service in accordance with the agreed performance and quality standards/measures.
We are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail, combined with a customer service mentality to ensure internal and external customers receive the agreed level of service. The individual will be expected to support other colleagues in the delivery of their work as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
