As a Facilities Contract Co-ordinator your role will encompass supporting the Facilities Contract Lead in management of the contractors and supply chain base across the Society. This will include reporting on ring fenced suppliers KPI's, compliance and SLA's.
Working with the Facilities Management provider's you will make sure any supplier performance issues are identified and addressed. You will also ensure there is a strong link with CEC colleagues, guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction to property related concerns either through our FM provider or other contractors.
You will act as a point of contact for Facilities Management escalations across the portfolio of sites to ensure that the Facilities Management support for the Society is proactive and responsive.As part of our Shared Service environment you will be required to operate and embrace a culture of continuous improvement utilising tools such as perform to drive efficiencies and reduce wastage.
You will be responsible for delivering all agreed services within an allocated budget and resource allocation, managing the supply chain to all agreed SLAs/KPIs/CIs and develop, own and champion all mitigation plans/actions where performance falls below agreed standards, developing awareness and knowledge of internal customer requirements and the expected levels of service they require so they can operate successfully.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of knowledge and understanding of supplier management and property support ideally within the retail sector, experience of MS Office suite, a high level computer skills across standard platform of applications and be commercially aware. It is also desirable but not essential to hold a Facilities Management qualification and be a member of BIFM, CIWM, or relevant association with experience working within a FM function Hard/Soft services and Supplier Contract management.
