We are looking for someone to join our Customer Services team as an Administrator, could this be you?

This role is an exciting opportunity to support one of the key differences between us and other businesses - our co-operative values. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Societies' four Member and Community Relations Officers in their work in the communities we operate within, as well as being responsible for the organisation of Members' Educational Visits, Members' courses and classes and any other events that take place throughout the year. You will also support with account and invoice administration so an eye for detail is key. Having a business administration qualification and having previously used content management systems to maintain and update internal databases would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will need to have a thorough understanding of the use of Microsoft Office, have the ability to manage multiple tasks; prioritise your workload in order to meet Key Performance Indicators and have the ability to comfortably communicate at all levels. Understanding our business priorities and responding appropriately will help you excel in this role. Full training on bespoke systems will be provided.
