As Customer Experience and Insight Analyst, you will make a big impact on the future success of our Society by helping us better understand and engage with our customers and members. As an expert in customer insight, market insight and customer experience measurement and methodologies you will create an understanding of the entire customer experience.
This exciting role will involve using analytics and data modelling to deliver new and actionable insight about key markets, potential and existing customers and competitors. Passionate about our brand and enhancing our customer experience, you will also work with our Business Intelligence team identify and develop systems for the capture, analysis and reporting of insight and research.
A great communicator who can think innovatively and critically, you must be able to find insight from a variety of data sources and present your insight and ideas to senior operational teams. Customer focused with excellent analytical and numerical skills, you should also have a real talent for collating, restructuring, analysing and interpreting customer and consumer data and creating commercially sound recommendations, with a qualification in advanced level Mathematics or equivalent.Apply Now
