Our Customer Services Assistants are the face of Central England Co-operative and provide the highest standards of customer care whether working on the checkout, replenishing stock or advising customers on specialist produce such as fresh produce, fresh fish or non-food products.
Our Post Office Supervisors not only understand the legal procedures required by the Financial Conduct Regulations and Official Secrets Act to run a successful Post Office branch, but are able to inspire their colleagues to deliver the highest standards of customer service and excellence at all times.
Carrying out the Duty Manager role of maintaining the security and health and safety of others to fully supporting the Store Manager, our Customer Team Leaders drive the operational standards which drive a best in class customer experience in our stores.
